I actually started this picture in 2014, craziness...I remember changing the composition a lot and then it wasn't until I became more accustomed with CSP that this piece finally achieved a background. I may post a couple more theme pictures but after that I am finished. I just didn't want to spam you guys with theme pictures (because I technically finished the last one in 2016). With this many characters in one piece, it was daunting and for a while I put it on the back burner because it was a lot of work. However, closer to the end I had a burst of motivation and inspiration. I think it was right after I did the lighting and overlays. Ludicolo was such a happy-go-lucky pokémon that I had the mental image of it being utterly oblivious to the consequences of performing the move Rain Dance before a collection of pokémon, many of whom are incompatible with rain.
